What does it cost?

Your first property is free, with 1 GB of storage and one secure share link at a time. Every paid plan adds unlimited links with an NDA, partner access and more properties and storage. Portfolio and Broker add watermarked PDFs and closing handoff. Upgrade from inside the app at any time.

Who can see my documents?

Only you, until you invite someone. Files sit in encrypted private storage, every download link expires after a few minutes, and every view, download and upload is recorded in an audit trail you can export.

What is the difference between a partner and a buyer link?

A partner (co-investor, JV partner, property manager) signs in with their own free account, sees the whole vault or the folders you pick, and can add documents. A buyer, buyer's agent or lender gets a private link instead: no account, a one-time email code, an NDA on any paid plan, view or download only. You can remove either one at any time.

What happens at closing?

You invite the buyer to take over the vault, they accept, and you confirm. Every document, folder and AI abstract moves to their account, and your links and partners stop working. Download anything you need to keep before you confirm.

How is this different from a virtual data room?

Data rooms are opened for one deal and priced for institutional teams. Vault is a permanent record you keep all year, priced for owners and brokers, and it hands the full record to the buyer at close.
